JOHNSON ETHEL ELIZABETH Peacefully at Almonte Country Haven on Tuesday, December 19, 2006. Ethel Command (Spinks) of Almonte, age 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Ray Johnson and much loved mother of Jean Smithson, and Donna Donahue (Dennis) both of Almonte, Ruth Shane (Lionel) of Duncan, B. C. and Patrick of Edmonton, Alberta. Predeceased by 3 sisters; Jean, Katherine & Mary and by 6 brothers; Larry, Vincent, Arthur, Dan, John & Jeorge. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Friends may call at the C. R. GAMBLE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 127 Church Street, Almonte for visiting on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM and where Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 11 AM, The Ven. Rev. Rob. Davis officiating. Interment St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery, Almonte. Donations in memory of Ethel donations may be made at the funeral home to the Almonte General Hospital Fairview Manor Foundation and would be much appreciated by her family.
