Mrs. Ethel Cooper of EndicottEthel Cooper, formerly of Endicott, died Monday, February 18, 2002 in Marietta, Ga. shortly after her 80th birthday. She was predeceased by her husband, Roger B. Cooper, former president and CEO of the Endicott Trust Co.; and two nephews. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Kris and Tricia Cooper, Atlanta Ga.; grandchildren, Ashley and Heather Cooper, Atlanta; three nephews; two nieces; and several cousins. Ethel was a former member of the First Presbyterian Church, Endicott, formerly active as a Docent at the Roberson Museum, a past president of the Endicott PTA and was a member of the Endicott Rotary Ann's, the Binghamton Country Club and was a helper at the B.C. Open. Mrs. Cooper will be buried Friday, February 22, 2002 at Riverhurst Cemetery. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, February 23 at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott. The Rev. Janice Devine, co-paster of the First Presbyterian Church, Endicott, will officiate. The family will receive friends following the memorial service until 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Those wishing, may make memorial donations in lieu of flowers, to the First Presbyterian Church of Endicott, 29 Grand Ave., Endicott, N.Y. 13760, or to the Alzheimer's Association, 1925 Century Blvd., Suite #10, Atlanta, Ga. 30345, or to the Roswell Presbyterian Church, 755 Mimosa Blvd., Roswell, Ga. 30075, where Ethel recently attended.
