Decatur<!-- Estelle Terry Smith -->Funeral for Estelle Terry Smith, 89, of Decatur will be Friday, March 19, 2010, at 1 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home with Mike Nix officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Smith, who died Tuesday, March 16, 2010, at Decatur General Hospital, was born July 12, 1920, in Lawrence County to Monroe Terry and Florence Garrett Terry. She was a lifetime member of Beltline Church of Christ. Her husband, Malcolm D. Smith, preceded her in death. She is survived by one son, Billy Smith of Decatur; two daughters, Betty Carden of Decatur and Glenda Williams and her husband, Arville, of Trinity; brother, Almon Terry of Huntsville; four grandchildren, Wes Smith, Randy Carden, Jeff Carden and Stacie Clemmons; and four great-grandchildren, Tori Smith, Carson Clemmons, Jordan Clemmons and Harley Carden.Pallbearers will be Wes Smith, Randy Carden, Jeff Carden, Timmy Clemmons, Ted Carden and Arville Williams.
