Essie Mae Jackson QUINCY - Essie Mae Jackson, 78, of Hempstead, N.Y., died Monday, May 31, 2004. The service will be at 3 p.m. EDT Saturday at Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church in Quincy, with burial at Sunnyvale Cemetery. Viewing will be from 1 to 7 p.m. EDT today at Williams Funeral Home (875-4849). She is survived by two daughters, Betty Boswell (and husband James) of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Minnie Bridges of Quincy; a sister, Helen Jackson of Quincy; four brothers, Deacon Al Jackson (and wife Ada), Harry Jackson Sr. (and wife Irene), Ruben Jackson (and wife Mary Ann) and Ben Jackson, all of Quincy; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
