POWELL, Ernest James (Jim) - Retired MWO passed away peacefully at Stevenson Memorial Hospital, Alliston on Tuesday, July 18, 2006 in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Janet. Father of Bruce, Grant, Russell and Rob Powell. Twin brother of Mary Moulden and brother of Bob Powell. Stepfather of July Hanes (Brian), Marty (Karen) and Wayne (Sheila). Sadly missed by Wayne Fraser (Francine), Brenda Green (George), Dawn Snodgrass (Tom), Heather Frank (Brian) and Gail Fraser. Loving grandfather of Graham, Nathan and Clayton, Liz and Tim, Jared and Josh, Brad, Kevin and Dianna, Lindsay and Meghan and Kurstyn. Predeceased by Bruce and Alan Powell, Linda Tydeman, James Hissa and Blair Fraser. Jim will be sadly missed by his many relatives and friends. Friends may pay their respects at THE STEVEN R. BRIDGE FUNERAL HOME, ANGUS on Thursday, July 20, 2006 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Friday, July 21, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the RVH Regional Cancer Care Centre would be appreciated by the family.
