AUGUSTA, Ga. - Emma Marie Peek Cox, 66, of Augusta, GA, passed away at her residence Monday February 4, 2008. She was born April 16, 1941 in Charlotte, NC. Marie was a member of Camp Swamp United Methodist Church. She was co-owner of Tri-Star Racewear for seventeen years. Loved ones left to cherish her memory include; her husband of 49 years, Harold Edward Cox ; one daughter, Teresa Broder and husband Jeffrey, of Augusta, GA; one son, Edward Cox of Taylorsville. Burial will be in St. Luke's Cemetery, Taylorsville, NC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Susan G. Komen Foundation, 5005 LBJ Fwy., Ste. 250, Dallas, TX 75244.
