Emma E. Paterson, 85, of Bricktown, N.J., passed away in her sleep Saturday, May 22, 2004, at the Job Haines Home, Bloomfield, N.J. Born in Harrison, N.J., she lived in West Caldwell, N.J., before moving to Bricktown in 1983. She was a retired secretary at Midlantic National Bank, Panelgraphic Corporation and Worthington Pump in the New Jersey area.Funeral services were held May 24, 2004, at Dancy Funeral Home, with a mass following at St. Aloysius R.C. Church in Caldwell.Surviving are her two sons, Thomas W. (Nancy), West Caldwell; and James J. Paterson Jr. (Debra H.), St. Augustine; two grandchildren, Kristin and Lauren Paterson, and her loving niece, Adrienne Wardell, of Bloomfield. She was prececeased by her husband, James J.
