The Carter family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to the hour of service Friday, March 28, 2014 at the funeral home. Emma C. Carter entered this life on December 18, 1917 in Piggott Clay, Arkansas to the late Russell Chappell and Luddie Cook Chappell.
