Elsie Bearden Johnson, 80, of 15 Dan Dougs Place, died September 27, 2006 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.A native of Spartanburg County, son of the late Lucious and Bessie Kennedy Bearden, she was a homemaker and a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.Surviving are her husband, Tom Johnson of the home; two sons, Danny Johnson and Doug Johnson, both of Greer; two brothers, Smith Bearden of Pauline and James Bearden of Lyman; a sister, Grace Kiser of Smyrna, S.C.; and five grandchildren, Kimberly Johnson, Cory Johnson, Rylan Johnson, Dillon Johnson, and Kyle Johnson.Mrs. Johnson was predeceased by one brother, Robert Bearden.Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Hillcrest Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Rick Fuller and Rev. John Everhart.
