SMITH Eloise C. Smith, 90, passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2002 in Orange Park, FL. A native of Swainsboro, GA, she resided in the Jacksonville area since 1934. Predeceased by her husband, Thomas W. Smith, she is survived by her daughter, S. Jane Winter (D.); sons, Jurdy L. (Ulla-Helena) and Reginald W. Smith (Marsha); sister, Sybil Sumner, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 29, 2002 11:00 AM in the chapel of JACKSONVILLE MEMORY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME, 111 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park, FL. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park, Jacksonville. The family invites friends to visit from 10 until 11 AM prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Life Care Center of Orange Park, 2145 Kingsley Ave., Orange Park, FL 32073, or the charity of your choice.
