JORDAN Mrs. Elnora Louise Sydnor Jordan, age 78, formerly of Bridgeport, died August 8, 2008 in South Boston , Va.. She is survived by three daughters: Janett Alexander of Chase City, Va., Peggie Brooks of Scottsburg, Va., and Delarosa Nelson of Raleigh, N.C.; two sons: Bruce Jordan and George Jordan, both of Bridgepor; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; four sisters: Sallie Williams of Bridgeport, Evaughan Wilkins, Truett Richardson and Dorothy Fountain, all of Virgilina, Va.; and a host of nieces, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: John Jordan Jr.; and five brothers: George, William, James, Charlie and Arthur. Sydnor.
