MILLER--Ellen Sue, 41, author and teacher, died December 23, 2008. The daughter of Abraham Miller and wife Estelle and the late Phyllis Hyde and husband Scott; sister of Steven Miller and Michael Miller. Ellen wrote the novel Like Being Killed (1998) and numerous short works. She was a graduate of Wesleyan College, NYU Creative Writing Program, and the McDowell Colony and taught at NYU and the New School.
