Ella Mae Davis, 52, died Friday, March 19, 2004, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Clyde E. and Frances Hensley Davis.Miss Davis was a member of First Baptist Church of Spartanburg and a member of Order of the Eastern Star, Inman No. 169 chapter. She had been an Emergency Communication Specialist for the Greenville City Police Department since 1977. She previously worked at High Point City Police Department between 1972 and 1974.She is survived by a brother, Clyde E. Davis; and a nephew, Joshua B.Davis, both of Inman.Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. today, March 22, 2004, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel.
