Mrs. Elizabeth Walker, daughter of the late Willie and Pearla Robinson, was born Jan. 22, 1920, in Eufaula.On Saturday, July 24, 2010, she passed away at her residence in Eufaula.Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Oaklawn Cemetery, Gadsden. Eufaula Funeral Home directing.At an early age she confessed Christ as her savior and joined St. Emanual A.M.E. Church. She remained faithful until she moved away."China," as she was affectionately called, relocated to Chicago. She was married to the late Randolph Walker, Gadsden, and joined the Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church, Chicago. She was preceded in death by six sisters and four brothers.She leaves to cherish loving memories two nieces, Joan Thomas, Eufaula, and Bessie (Jack) McCoy, Seale; two nephews, Nelson Robinson, Chicago, and James Robinson, Queens, N.Y.; nine great-nieces; special nieces, Portia Foster, Gadsden, and niece/caregiver, Rosa Ann Williams, Eufaula; special cousin, Mable Stevens, Eufaula; and many other relatives and friends.
