WILSON, Elizabeth (Betty) (nee Wickham) Passed away peacefully at Windsor Regional Hospital on January 18, 2004, after a courageous battle with cancer. Deeply cherished mom and loving best friend of Elizabeth (Betsy) and Graham Bell. Much loved grandmother of Alexandra and Lauren and pet Dolly. Dear sister of Helen Louise and Ilkka Oksanen. Predeceased by her husband Donald J. Wilson (1967) and her parents Jean Wickham (1968) and Ted Wickham (1977). Betty was a member of Questers Gateway Heirlooms, I.O.D.E., Royal Windsor Chapter, former member of Essex Golf and Country Club, and a member and former volunteer of Windsor Art Gallery. She will also be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and friends. Betty was a kind and gentle lady whose love and devotion to her family will live in their hearts forever. Special thanks to Nurse Lisa Hanlon of St. Elizabeth Health Care for her wonderful home care nursing and to the nursing staff on 4N and Palliative Care for their outstanding care and compassion. Kelly Funeral Home, 1969 Wyandotte St. East on Tuesday 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Wednesday, January 21, 2004 at 12 noon. Rev. Chris Kraatz officiating. Interment Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery.
