COLCHESTER, Vt. Elizabeth Lee Mary Carmichael, 65, of Creek Farm Rd., died on Friday, June 9, 2006 at the Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington. She was born in Albany, N.Y. on March 9, 1941, the daughter of Ernest and Elizabeth (Panucci) Klouse. On November 2, 1960, she married in Albany to Robert J. Carmichael. Lee was a lover of all animals and took pleasure in caring to and taking in strays. She also enjoyed Bingo. She is survived by her husband, Robert J. Carmichael of Colchester; a son, Kevin and his wife Marcia Carmichael of Huntington; her mother, Elizabeth Klouse of Albany; a sister, Marie and her husband Joseph Bottisti of Colonie, N.Y.; a brother, Kenneth and his wife Mary Klouse, also of Colonie; also her loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Ernest Klouse in 1975. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 12, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in the Ready Funeral Home South Chapel. Burial will follow in Fort Ethan Allen Cemetery in Colchester. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Ready Funeral & Cremation Service South Chapel, 261 Shelburne Rd., Burlington.
