LAVALLEE Elizabeth (Betty) passed away peacefully in her 90th year after a short illness in Victoria, BC, on May 2nd, 2014, with her family by her side. Predeceased by her twin sister Florence; her sister Jean; her father Leo; her mother Marie; her sister Gertrude; and her brother Raymond. Born in Hornepayne, Ontario. Survived by her loving husband, Roland, and five children: Gerry; Frank (Janice); Bernadette (Robert); Therese (Paul); Paul (Tammy); and five grandchildren: Jonas; Amelia; Kathryn; Brianne; Nathan; and two great grandchildren: Julian and Yannik. Betty worked at Simpsons Sears, enjoyed playing the organ in church for many years, and was proud of her volunteer work with St. John Ambulance. We sincerely thank the many individuals who assisted with her care. Private service for immediate family only at Betty's request. Flowers gratefully declined. Donations in her memory may be made to St. John Ambulance Canada.
