JONES Elizabeth Lisa Bettes Jones, 48, of Charlotte, NC passed away on Friday, February 22, 2013 after battling years of debilitating back pain. Lisa was born on October 23, 1964 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was a graduate of The Bolles School and The University of Georgia. Upon graduation she moved to Atlanta where she worked for Barnett Bank for eleven years. In 1998 she joined her sisters in Charlotte and accepted a job at Centura Bank which later became PNC Bank. Lisa is survived by her parents Joanne and Arthur Jones of Jacksonville, her sisters Anne Jones McPhail and husband Carl, Patricia Jones Parish and husband Joe, and nieces and nephews Carl and Braden McPhail and Joe and Lauren Parish. She was a loving daughter, sister, friend, co-worker and a kind soul. Her nieces and nephews adored Aunt Lese as did her furry friends, Wyley, Lance and Ringo. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated today at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 26, 2013 in Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 545 A1A North, Ponte Vedra Beach, with Monsignor Daniel Logan as Celebrant.
