JENNINGS, Elizabeth "Betty" (nee Burland) Peacefully, on Thursday, April 2, 2009 in her ninety-second year at Fulford Residence. Predeceased by her husband F. Alex Jennings, her daughter Joanne Jennings Dobson and her sister, Dorothy May Motherwell. Known as Baba to her grandchildren, Sean (Carole) Dobson, Blair Dobson, and to her great-grandchild Lex, who all reside in Grand Cayman. She is survived by Diana, David (Karen) and Ian (Hilary) Motherwell and many other nieces and nephews. She will be fondly remembered by various friends, especially Rosie, Heather, and Pam. Her sense of humour and stories made us all laugh. Special thanks to Dr. Eleanor Hew as well as all the nursing and support staff at Fulford Residence who took care of her with such compassion. In her memory, donations to either The Singer Lupus Fund at the Montreal General Hospital or to Fulford Residence would be greatly appreciated. A memorial service will follow at a later date.
