Elizabeth Jane "Betty" HARTT July 29, 1933 - November 26, 2008 - HARTT Betty Hartt It is with great sadness that we announce the passing on Wednesday, November 26th, 2008, in the Hants Community Hospital, Windsor, of our dear mother, grandmother and sister, Elizabeth Jane "Betty" Hartt, age 75, of Mount Denson, Hants County. Born on July 29th, 1933, in Windsor, Hants Copunty, Nova Scotia, she was the youngest daughter of the late Charles and Lillian (MacDonald) Moore. She is survived by a daughter, Linda (Brian) Shay, Hantsport; sons, Paul (Cindy Bourque) Hartt, Mount Denson; Terry (Verneice Brown) Hartt, New Minas; grandchildren, Danielle and Courtney Shay, Hantsport; Carleton and Chantel Hartt, New Minas; sister, Myrtle Moore, Rye, NH; special niece, Sandra (Edward) Patterson, Tennecape; and several other nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Charles and Lillian (MacDonald) Moore; Betty was predeceased by her husband of 36 years, Carleton Royce Hartt (1991); sisters, June Morine and Hazel Lunn; brothers, Owna Moore and Everett Moore. Visitations will be 6 - 9 p.m. Friday, November 28th, in Lindsay's Windsor Funeral Home, 194 King Street, Windsor. Funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, November 29th, 2008, in Lindsay’s Windsor Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Craig Faulkner officiating. A private family interment will follow in the Mount Denson Baptist Cemetery, Mount Denson. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Betty, may be made to: The Canadian Cancer Society, The I.W. K.
