JEFFERSONVILLE BOONE, ELIZABETH JANE HORNUNG, "BETTY," 82, died Thursday, April 7, 2005, at Clark Memorial Hospital. She was a member of St. Augustine Church in Jeffersonville. She was preceded in death by her husband, B. David Boone and her daughter-in-law, Peggy Stengel Boone. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Carol A. and Dan Ament of Conestoga, PA, Patricia A. and Bill Gardtner of Jeffersonville, and Donna M. and David Francis of Waynesville, NC; a son, Stephen T. Boone; sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas A. and Mary Pat Boone and James R. and Laura Boone, all of Jeffersonville, and Richard J. and Cara Boone of Louisville; a brother, Robert Hornung of New Albany, IN; and 19 grandchildren. Her funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 11, 2005, at St. Augustine Church, with burial in Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Jeffersonville. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday at Coots Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
