Elizabeth Reagin Jones, 80, resident of Berkshire Place Apartments, widow of John Samuel Jones Jr., died Aug. 17, 2005.A native of Newberry, daughter of the late Horace and Louise Reagin, she was a retired sales clerk for Fashion First and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. She was an active volunteer with Greer Community Ministries.Surviving are a son, Gerald S. Jones of Greer; a daughter and son-in-law, Cindy J. and James W. Hannah of Greer; a sister, Flemma Miller of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; a brother-in-law, James Jones of Cheraw, S.C.; a granddaughter, Kelley H. Smith and her husband, Philip; and a great-granddaughter, Hannah.Mrs. Jones was predeceased by a sister, Frances Addy.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Wood Mortuary, conducted by Dr. Tom Burns. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.Pallbearers will be Walt Henderson, Leon Eubanks, Tommy Duncan, Heyward Duncan, Scott Joines and Bruce Arrowood.Honorary escort will be the James Crocker Sunday School Class of Fairview Baptist Church.Visitation will be held from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Friday at the Wood Mortuary.The family is at the home of her daughter, Cindy J.
