Elizabeth Eldell Williams, 80, died June 18, 2008, at Sebastian River Medical Center. She was born in Coffee County, Ga., and lived in Indian River County for 13 years. She was a member of Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church in Wabasso, and served on the mission and trustee boards. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Williams and 14 of her siblings. Survivors include her brothers, Lamar Turner Eldell of San Antonio, Texas, and the Rev. David R. Eldell of Vero Beach; sisters, Ardile Gordon Black and Aretha Brock, both of Wabasso, and Sarah Coats of Jacksonville. SERVICES: Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. June 27 at the Wabasso Church of God in Wabasso. A "homegoing service" will be at 11 a.m. June 28 at Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church in Wabasso with the Rev. Curtis Randolph officiating. Burial will follow at Gifford Cemetery in Gifford. Arrangements are by Thorne's Mortuary Inc. of Stuart. A guest book may be signed at www.thornesmortuary.com.
