<!-- FH = Groce Funeral Home -->ELIZABETH "BITSY"DAVISASHEVILLE - Elizabeth "Bitsy" Davis, 22, of Asheville, North Carolina, passed away March 9, 2011 as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia, June 30, 1988 to Kathy Parkin Davis and the late Peck Davis. She graduated from The Marist School in Atlanta, Georgia, and attended the College of Charleston. Bitsy was a vivacious, beautiful young woman whose compassion toward others and caring attitude was infectious to all. One of her greatest joys was spending time at the beach with family and friends. She loved all animals, especially her mischievous yellow lab, Lola.In addition to her mother, Bitsy is survived by her brothers, Joe Peck and Bradley Davis, both of Asheville, North Carolina; paternal grandmother Emma Jane Davis of Crystal City, Missouri; nephew, Bradley Spagnuola Davis, also of Asheville, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.A memorial Mass will be held at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church in Atlanta, Georgia on Wednesday, March 16, 2011, at 1 p.m.; Msgr. James J. Fennessey officiating.
