Elizabeth Brown, 96     CARIBOU -- Elizabeth Anne Curless Brown, 96, wife of the late Herbert M. Brown, died Dec. 9, 2006, at Caribou. She was born in Fort Fairfield March 8, 1910, the daughter of William and Eara (White) Curless. She was a graduate of Fort Fairfield High School as well as the Cary Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. Mrs. Brown was a registered nurse, specializing in home nursing in the Caribou area for many years. She married Herbert Brown Aug. 9, 1932.      She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Duane and Sarah Carol Brown of Dudley, N.C., and her daughter Mary Lou Brown of Caribou.      Friends may call at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou, 7-9 p.m., Thursday. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15, 2006, from the Gray Memorial United Methodist Church with the Rev. Anna Beech, officiating.     Friends who wish to contribute in memory of Mrs. Brown may do so through the Gray Memorial United Methodist Church memorial fund.
