JORDAN, Mrs. Elizabeth B Age 99, longtime resident of Nashville, passed away June 21, 2008 in Millington, TN. Preceded in death by her parents, Hugh Clarence and Laura Boze; her husband, William H. (Pete) Jordan and two brothers, Joseph A. Boze and Jere C. Boze, both of Atlanta. Survived by son, William (Ellen) H. Jordan, Jr. of Memphis; three granddaughters, Laura Faddah, Martha Fleenor, and Mary Jordan, all of Memphis; one great granddaughter and three great grandsons, also all in Memphis. She was born in Elmwood in Smith County and lived most of her adult life in the Green Hills area of Nashville and was a long time member of West End United Methodist church. She retired from the State of Tennessee after thirty-four years of service. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2008 in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family would like to thank all the wonderful people at Millington Health Care Center and Crossroads Hospice for their loving care during the last few months of her life. In lieu of flowers the family requests any memorials be sent to West End United Methodist Church.
