MOORE, Eleanor "Eileen" Eleanor "Eileen" Moore (nee Williams) of Calgary, passed away peacefully at the Rosefield Care Center, Innisfail, Alberta on January 29, 2008 at the age of 90 years. Eileen was predeceased by her husband Stanley John Moore in 1993. She is remembered by her daughters Carolyn Howse (Jim) and Beverley Moore; grandsons Jeff (Julie), Doug, and Greg (Tammy) Howse; three great-granddaughters Mackenzie, Makayla, and Jennifer; her sister-in-law Muriel Grant, and several nieces and nephews. Eileen enjoyed toe-tapping music and loved to "cut the rug" with her husband Stan. She is remembered for her quick sense of humor and liked to play little pranks, teasing and joking with the nursing and recreational staff at long-term care. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all staff, who were so kind and caring throughout her stay at Rosefield. A Memorial Service will be held at Rocky View Garden of Peace Chapel (Garden Road and 16 Avenue N.E.) Calgary, Alberta on Monday, February 4, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. with Chaplain Lavinia West presiding. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the recreational department of Rosefield Care Center (5023 - 42 Street, Innisfail, Alberta T4G 1A9). As a memorial tribute to Eleanor Moore, a tree will be planted in the Tree Memorial Park (Innisfail) by HEARTLAND FUNERAL SERVICES LTD.
