WESTERLO Eleanor L. Davis, 74 years, of Westerlo, N.Y. passed away at her home on Sunday, September 26, 2004. She was born on March 12, 1930 in Cairo, N.Y., daughter of the late John and Silvia (Dollan) Butts. Eleanor was a lifelong homemaker and care giver to many elderly people in the community. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Eleanor was predeceased by her husband, Sanford Davis; three daughters, Tammy Davis, Bonnie Davis and Laura Terry; a brother, Wesley Butts; and a sister, Agnes Kirk. Surviving are her children, Linda Stanley, Jerry Davis, Joseph Davis and his wife Susan, Frank Davis and his wife Donna, Betty Sill and her husband Jim, Todd Davis and his wife Valerie, Eric Davis and his wife Holly, Theresa Davis, Timothy Davis and his wife Lauri; 21 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be Wednesday, September 29, 2004 at 10 a.m. at the Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 SR 81, Greenville, NY 12083. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Interment will be in the Westerlo Central Cemetery, Westerlo, N.Y.
