Eleanor J. Williamsof Windsor, N.Y.Eleanor J. Williams, 71, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2005, at the CMC Hospital, Scranton, Pa. She was predeceased by her parents, Gilbert and Dorothy Williams; and her brother, Austin Williams. She is survived by three brothers and sisters-in-law, Gerald and Jane Williams, Marion, N.Y., Donald and Rose Mary Williams, Windsor, Gilbert (Billy) Williams, Windsor; sister and brother-in-law, Marjorie Jane and Martin Kennerup, Kirkwood; sister-in-law, Shirley Williams, Windsor; 18 nieces and nephews; 24 great-nieces and nephews; six great-great-nieces and nephews, whom she was special to; one aunt and uncle; and several cousins. She was employed by the Windsor Central School District as the payroll clerk and treasurer, retiring in 1995 after over 30 years of service. The family would like to thank all the staff and employees at the Barnes Kasson SNF Nursing Home in Susquehanna, Pa., for the wonderful care she was given the last 4 years, and also a thank-you to her special care givers, Buddy and Betty Brett.Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11 a.m. at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 88 Chapel Street, Windsor, with Rev. Deborah Pritts officiating. Burial will be in Knox Cemetery in the spring.
