UPTON Eleanor F. (Moore) Casey, 93, of Upton MA, died Sunday (August 23, 2009) at Beaumont Nursing Center in Westborough MA after a period of declining health. She was the wife of the late Robert W. Casey, who died in 1988. Mrs. Casey was born in North Uxbridge, the daughter of the late Raymond and the late Anne (Rice) Moore. She attended public schools in North Uxbridge as a young girl and was a graduate of Uxbridge High School, Class of 1933. Mrs. Casey had been a resident of Upton for over thirty years and prior to that had resided in Holliston and Milford. She had been employed at the former Chase Paper Company, located in Westborough MA, where she worked as a supervisor of the catalogue department. Mrs. Casey was a communicant of Holy Angels Church in Upton and loved to read and spend time with her family members. Mrs. Casey is survived by one Daughter: Mrs. Eleanor C. McKeever of Westborough MA; one Son: Robert W. Casey Jr. and his wife Mary of Eskasoni, Nova Scotia; twelve Grandchildren; fifteen Great Grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Casey was the mother of the late Shirley Snow of Framingham MA, who died in 2008, and was the sister of the late Raymond Moore, the late Robert Moore and the late Florence Keegan. Her funeral will be held Wednesday (August 26th) from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford (www.edwardsmemorialfuneralhome.com) followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Holy Angels Church, Rte 140, Upton. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Milford. A visiting hour will be held Wednesday morning from 8:30am to 9:30am, prior to her Funeral Mass.
