Anniston - Funeral services for Elbert Wayne Johnson, 62, of Anniston, will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2012, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Old Davis Town Cemetery. The family will receive friends this evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Johnson died on Monday at Regional Medical Center. Survivors Include his daughter, Brandi Gregory; brothers, Bill Johnson (Barbara), David Johnson (Pat); sisters, Avis Jones, Betty Gill (Lester), Linda Sheets (Tommy); grandchildren, Jakeb Gregory and Chance Gregory. Pallbearers will be David Sheets, David Hughes, Wesley Hughes, Jimmy Hughes, Jason Morris and David Brown. Mr. Johnson was a resident of Anniston, Alabama. He worked at Federal Mogul. Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his parents, J.D. and Myrtle Johnson; brother, Thurman Johnson. Miller Funeral Home
