DAVIS, Elaine D., 70, of Zephyrhills, died Tuesday, June 29, 2004, at the Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Center in Dade City. She was born in Detroit, Mich., and she and her husband, Eugene "Bud," have made their home here since 1980, having moved from Garden City, Mich. Mrs. Davis was a homemaker and enjoyed flowers. She is survived by her husband Eugene "Bud" Davis of Zephyrhills; her children, Sherry and husband Douglas Bandy of Zephyrhills, Fla., Caryn and husband David Jenkins of Mt. Juliet, Tenn., and Gene and wife Kim Davis of South Lynn, Mich.; a brother, Charles and wife Morgan DeShais of Madison Heights, Mich.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Friday, July 2, 2004, in the Chapel of Oakley Funeral Home on West Highway 54 with the Rev. Sydney Davis of Trinity United Methodist Church officiating. The family will receive friends 11 a.m.-1 p.m. prior to the service.
