ANDERSON, Elaine, 91, of Tampa, died Thursday, October 22, 2009. She was born Elaine Mae Rees in Schenect-ady, N.Y., May 30, 1918. On May 25, 1945, she married Edward J. Anderson Jr. of Hillside, N.J., a career officer in the U.S. Army, who predeceased her in 1999. With him, she created a close and loving family while residing in many parts of the U.S. and overseas before settling in the Carrollwood section of Tampa in 1970. She is survived by her son, Howard T. Anderson; daughters, Nancy A. Anderson and Joan M. Incaudo; grandchildren, David E. Anderson, Katherine E. Anderson, Jennifer M. Incaudo and Peter H. Incaudo; son-in-law, Peter J. Incaudo; daughter-in-law, Cynthia H. Anderson; and nephew, Frank R. Kennedy. A memorial service will take place at 4 p.m. November 7, 2009, at Blount & Curry Funeral Home Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W. Bearss Ave., Tampa, with a committal service November 23, 2009, at Arlington National Cemetery. Donations to a children' s charity of your choice in her memory are appreciated.
