Rosa Elaine Abercrombie Davis, 60, of 620 Tanglewood Drive, died Sunday, Jan. 26, 2003, at her home. Mrs. Davis was born in Oconee County, daughter of Mrs. Lillie Mae Duncan Abercrombie of Seneca and the late Jerome Henry Abercrombie. Mrs. Davis retired from the Oconee County School District, where she taught at J.N. Kellett Elementary School. She was a member of the Church of the Ascension, Episcopal. Surviving in addition to her mother are three sons, Michael Jerome Davis of Norfolk, Va., Richard Duncan Davis of Greenville and Stephen Andrew Davis of Greenwood; and one grandson, John Henry Davis. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday in the Chapel of Seneca Mortuary by Dr. Jim Mizell. Interment will follow in Oconee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. on Tuesday evening at the mortuary. The family is at the home.
