ANDERSON Elaine A. Anderson, age 72, entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 2, 2006 at Mayfair Health Care Center. Elaine was born on May 10, 1934 to the late Philip and Vivian Farrar. Elaine worked at Reliable, Model and Savoy Laundries as well as G.E. She was a longtime member of Messiah Baptist Church, where she sang with the Senior Choir, taught Sunday school and served as a secretary to the parent's of the youth choir. Elaine was a special lady who touched many hearts. She was warm, caring and always willing to lend a helping hand. Left to cherish her memories are her daughter and son in law, Stacey and Julius Neal Jr.; two sisters, Beverly Rozarie and Velma Dickerson; three grandchildren, Chakell, Chanae and Dayvon Neal; several nieces, nephews, cousins; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 6, 2006 at 11 a.m. in Messiah Baptist Church, 210 Congress Street Bridgeport with the Rev. Tyrone P. Jones IV officiating. Friends may call Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Interment in Lakeview Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Baker-Isaac Funeral Services, 985 Stratford Avenue, Bridgeport.
