KENDRICK Edward Kendrick of Jacksonville, died January 28, 2003. He was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Isaac Roberts, pastor. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was a faithful employee of National Car Rental for 30 years. Survivors include: a very devoted wife, Mrs. Mary Smart-Kendrick; loving daughters, Cynthia Bridges, Jennifer McCloud, Linda Adams (Shedrach), Tammy Stephens; three sons, Leroy Turner (Liz), Quincy, Florida, Alphonso Turner, Tony Kendrick (Mary), Houston, Texas; three sisters, Maude Goodman (Charles), Betty Williams (Leroy); Earlene Perry (Robert); devoted cousin, Fleming Albertie (Cora); other relatives and many friends. Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 31, at 11:00 AM at Friendship M.B. Church, 7141 New Kings Road.
