GAUDET, Edward– Passed away at Hospice Cornwall with his family by his side on Saturday October 29, 2011. Edward Joseph Gaudet; age 85 years. Loving companion Marion Cordy. Proud father of Ruth Gaudet (David Wylie), Ann Gaudet, Edward Jr. (Terra- Lee) and Bonnie Fisher (Robert). Predeceased by one daughter Melody Gaudet. Dear grandfather of sixteen grandchildren and 36 great -grandchildren. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Edward is predeceased by his parents Lawrence and Mary (Arsenault) Gaudet , his sister Grace and four brothers Horace, Henry, Raymond and Albert. Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, East Branch, 614 First Street East (613-933-2841) from 2 p.m. on Wednesday. Funeral Thursday, November 3, 2011 for Service at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints at 10:30 a.m. Interment, Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will be in attendance Wednesday from 2- 4 p.m. and 7- 9 p.m. and from 8:30 am. until time of Service on Thursday.
