Edward F. Flanagan of Needham, formerly of East Dedham, May 2. Beloved husband of the late Margaret E. (Shea) Flanagan. Devoted father of Joanna F. Mack and her husband Philip of Needham, Edward J. Flanagan and his wife Charlene of Dedham, Paul K. Flanagan of Needham. Grandfather of Kara, Edward, Joseph, Kerri Ann Mack, Danielle, Andrea and the late Edward Flanagan. Great grandfather of Audrey, Amelia and Alexa. Brother of the late Francis, James and Thomas Flanagan and Mary Teehan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Ed was the late retired Superintendent of Dedham Water Co., WWII Army Air Corps Veteran, life member of the Dedham VFW Jacob Jones Post #2017. Edward's Funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday May 6th in St. Joseph Church, Needham. Interment with military funeral honors followed at St. Mary's Cemetery, Needham.
