Edward Paul Hettiger III "Ed the Butcher," 67, died March 6, 2007, at his home. He was born in Wilkesboro, N.C., and was a resident of Florida for 42 years, coming from his birthplace. He served in the Navy. He owned Hey Mr. Butcher in Boynton Beach for 30 years. He was a member of the VFW. Survivors include his sons, Edward Paul Hettiger IV of Delray Beach and Christopher Todd Hettiger of California. He was preceded in death by his wife, Darlene England. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society, 6230 77th St., Vero Beach, FL 32967.SERVICES: Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. March 16 at the Seawinds Funeral Home Chapel in Sebastian. A service will be at 10 a.m. March 17 at the Boynton Memorial Chapel in Boynton Beach, with burial to follow in the Boynton Beach Memorial Park.
