CARTER Edra Lou Carter went home to be with the Lord on September 2, 2003 in Manchester, New Hampshire. She was the daughter of Oral and Edna Vaughan. She was born April 22, 1933 in Elmira, West Virginia. Funeral services will be held 2PM Monday September 8, 2003 in the chapel at JACKSONVILLE MEMORY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME 111 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, Florida. Interment will follow in the garden of Everlasting Life in Jacksonville Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mrs. Carter is survived by three daughters, Doneita Carter, Linda Carter, and Paula Wischmeier; niece, Elizabeth; two nephews, Richard and Samuel; eight grandchildren, Jerry, Jennifer, Katreena, Joshua, Jenine, Jill, Matthew, and Jacob; and ten great grandchildren.Edra Carter was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, and will surely be missed by all that knew and loved her.
