Safety Deposit CustodianLAKELAND -- Mrs. Edna Keller Williams of Lakeland died of congestive heart failure Thursday (April 15, 2004) at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. She was 92.Born in Orange Heights on Jan. 5, 1912, she came to Lakeland from there 44 years ago. She was a safety deposit custodian at Peoples Bank. She was a 50-year member and past matron of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter No. 26. She was a charter member of the White Shrine. She was a member of the D.A.V., and the D.A.R. of Lakeland. She was a member of First Baptist Church at the Mall, where she was a member of the Fellowship Sunday School Class, and the W.M.U. Circle No. 6.Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, Julian D. Williams. She is survived by her sister, Veda Mabry, Palmetto. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Heath Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Evergreen Cemetery, Fort Meade.
