NADON, Edith May (Mame) (nee Henderson) Employee of Ketchum's Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 7, 2007. Predeceased by her beloved husband Leonard. Survived by her 2 daughters Barbara (Andy Brisebois), Brenda (Dan Guitard), her sister Frances Kennedy and her brother Douglas Henderson. She also leaves behind her 2 grandchildren Heather and Kevin and her 2 great- grandchildren Christopher and David and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents James Alexander and Frances Henderson; her brothers James, Edward, Charles, Gordon, Donald, Nelson, and her grandson Christopher. Edie was a long-time member of St. Martin's Church and was active in the choir for more than 20 years. She also was a member of the Sons of Scotland and a long-time volunteer with the Red Cross and the Churchill Club (Westboro) in the Music Group. Donations in Edie's memory to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by her family. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue, Ottawa (at Richmond Road) on Thursday, February 22 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, February 23, 2007 at 11 a.m. Published in the Ottawa Citizen from 2/20/2007 - 2/22/2007
