Edith M. Jordan, of Marshfield, passed away April 24, 2014, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Edward Jordan Jr. Loving mother of Elizabeth Jordan of Marshfield, Mark E. Jordan and his wife Karen of Santa Maria, CA, Stephen Jordan of San Francisco, CA and Brian P. Jordan and his wife Jean of Marshfield. Loving grandmother of Joseph, Nathan, Michael and Matthew Jordan. Dear sister of Paul T. Henderson of NY and the late Doris L. Harrington. Daughter of the late Carl T. and Dorothy (Callahan) Henderson. Edith was born and raised in Boston. She resided in Quincy before retiring to Green Harbor. Visiting hours were held in the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St., Rte. 139 in Marshfield on Tuesday, April 29 from 9 to 11 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Ann by the Sea Church, 591 Ocean St. at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be held on Wednesday, April 30 in the MA National Cemetery in Bourne at 1 p.m. Contributions in Ediths memory may be made to West Acres Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, 804 Pleasant St., Brockton, MA 02301.
