Evelyn Patricia Smith, age 69, a lifelong resident of Haverstraw, NY, passed away June 2, 2001. Evelyn was born July 22, 1931 in Haverstraw to Richard and Mary Elizabeth Belfield Smith. Evelyn is survived by two sisters Rosemary Smith of Haverstraw and Mabel Booker of Stratford, CT. A nephew and his wife Walter and Buelah Kennon and many nephews and nieces. Evelyn is a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Haverstraw. Visitation will be held Monday, June 4, 2001 from 7-9 pm and Tuesday 10-11 am. Funeral Services will follow Tuesday, June 5, 2001 at 11 am, officiating will be the Rev. Edgar W. Howard, all services will be held at the Calvary Baptist Church, 15 Clinton Street, Haverstraw.
