->Ethel M. WilliamsPoughkeepsie - Ethel M. Williams, 73 a lifelong resident of Poughkeepsie passed away at her home on October 3, 2013 surrounded by her family. The last and oldest triplet daughter, born to Joseph and Delia Van Etten Blasi on January 19, 1940 at Vassar Brothers Hospital. Ethel retired from the US Postal Services after nearly 30 years of service. She also had worked for Schatz-Federal Bearing Company and Peddy Dress Company.She graduated from Poughkeepsie High School Class of 1957 and Krisslers Business School class of 1973.She was twice married first to George E. O'Dell and had three children, Karen S. Esquilin, George E. O'Dell Jr. and Kelly A. Lowe. She later married Charles F. Williams that lasted 30 years and had a daughter Jessica C. Williams.She is survived by a brother Joseph F. Blasi, her three daughters, a son-in-law Dennis Lowe, eight grandchildren many great grandchildren.She was predeceased by her triplet sisters; Anna Rose Blasi (June 5, 1940), Isabell E. Catucci (February 25, 2007), her son; George E. O'Dell Jr. (April 29, 1998) and her grandson; Richard L. Plass (June 19, 1984).She loved animals, especially her shepard and collie mix Amanda that she had 14 years. She also loved feeding her stray cats everyday.Calling hours will be held on Monday October 7th from 4-8pm at the Michael Torsone Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. 218 Mill St. Poughkeepsie, NY 12601. Wheelchair entrance is located in the rear of funeral home on Vassar St. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday October 8th 10:00am at the funeral home with Rev.
