MCLELLAND, Ellen Sims (Mrs. Shel-ton W. McLelland), 88, a resident of Wesley Woods, Newnan, GA, died Friday, October 17, 2003. Funeral services will be held Sunday, Oc-tober 19, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. from Mt. Hilliard Methodist Church with Rev. Robins Sims, a nephew officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Hilliard Ce-metery. She was the eldest daughter of John Thomas Sims, Jr. and Reyna Lee Hubbard of Sim-sville, Bullock County. In May, she was preceded in death by her hus-band of 64 years. She is survived by three children, Dr. James Shelton McLelland, Newnan, GA, Sue Ellen, Mrs. Patrick Marable, Keller, TX and Terry Sims McLelland, Union Springs, AL; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers, William R. Sims and Woo-drow W. Sims, both of Simsville; two sisters, Mrs. Estelle Lamar of Pensa-cola and Sara Jean Graham of Union Springs, AL and many nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to the Mt.
