ANDERSON, Mrs. Ellen F., age 84, a resident of Millbrook, AL, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 21, 2002 at a local hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 23, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Brookside Funeral Home with Interment to follow at Brookside Memorial Gardens Pastor Mary Faith Nesmith officiating. Mrs. Anderson was a member of Christ Lutheran Church of Prattville, AL and also a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxilliary. Mrs. Anderson is survived by her husband of 65 years L. T. Anderson of Millbrook, AL; daughter and son-in-law Valorie & Manning Pierce of Millbrook, AL; granddaughter Lori Wright of Millbrook, AL; grandson Jay Pierce of Auburn, AL; great granddaughters Christy Wright of Millbrook, AL; Caitlin Wright of Millbrook, AL. Pallbearers will be Marvin Stringer, Damon Marvel, Calvin Wright, Richard Kawzinski, Jack Pierce, Jay Pierce. Honorary pallbearers will be Ben Hickman, Vernon Greene, Hal Inman, Bobby Powell. The family ask in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to The Christ Lutheran Church, 2175 Cobbs Ford Road Prattville, AL, 36066.
