Elizabeth Ng Lee, 65, a longtime resident of Hastings-on-Hudson, died Friday, July 13, 2007. Born in Hong Kong during World War II and emigrated to the US at age 12, she was the daughter of the late Chow Chuck and Elaine Ng. Elizabeth graduated from Mercy College on full scholarship. She received a Master's degree in education from Lehman College. She was a caring and dedicated special-education teacher in the Bronx for the NYC Dept. of Education. She touched the lives of many staff and hundreds of developmentally challenged students for 30 years. Elizabeth was a devout Catholic who served in the church choir, on the parish council, and as a Eucharistic Minister. She selflessly helped all those around her. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, aunt, mother and grandmother who enjoyed painting, crocheting, shopping garage sales, long nature walks and caring for her many plants. Her kindness and generosity will be missed by family and dear friends. Elizabeth is survived by her husband of 41 years, Thomas Lee; son Gregory Lee and wife Jane of Pleasantville; daughter Stephanie Lee-Pang and husband Brian Pang of Brooklyn; daughter Rebekah Lee and husband David Dean of Manhattan; grandchildren Ryan and Carolyn Lee and Olivia Pang; brothers Christopher Ng, Dennis Ng, William Ng, Xavier Ng and many nephews.
