MORGAN, ELIZABETH J. Elizabeth "Betty" Jean Clayton Morgan, age 51, passed away on Monday, January 10, 2011 at her residence in Hawthorne. Betty was born in Camp Hanford, Washington on November 9, 1959 to Aldridge and Dolores Clayton. She spent her early childhood in Largo before moving to this area 37 years ago. She was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church in Williston and was employed at Santa Fe Community College for 28 years. Betty worked as a Financial Aide Specialist for the college and helped countless students acquire aide. She enjoyed fishing and spending quality time with her family. Betty was a very kind hearted lady with a sweet and giving spirit, she will be missed by many. She was preceded in death by her father; Aldridge Brevan Clayton. She is survived by her mother; Dolores Kalina Clayton, her loving husband of 22 years; Richard Morgan, her daughter; Angel Morgan, her sisters; Mary Louise Metcalf and Dolores Clayton, her brother; Alan Clayton (Annette), & numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at Knauff Funeral Home in Williston on Friday, January 14, 2011 from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Williston with Father Rodolfo Godinez and Father Roland Julien officiating, burial will follow at Orange Hill Cemetery.
