ROGERS, EDNA LORENE, Edna Hatfield Rogers passed away on July 2, 2004, from complications of heart surgery. She was born in Dublin, Georgia on March 20, 1925 and moved to Orlando in 1949. She was a resident of College Park for 43 years. Mrs. Rogers is survived by her husband, Thomas B. Rogers, College Park, a daughter Brenda Cromas of Apopka, FL, a son Gary Carlton Rogers of Orlando, and was preceded by a son Glenn Thomas Rogers, formerly of Deland, FL, 6 grandchildren and 7 great- grandchildren. She was a Baptist and retired from Florida Hospital in 1983. A celebration of her life will be held on Friday July 9, 2004, at 10AM at Carey-Hand Cox Parker Funeral Home.
